To activate your generator warranty, an installation protocol must be completed by an authorized dealer or qualified technician responsible for the system installation. To streamline the process, the protocol is submitted online. 

Once submitted, it will be reviewed by the Fischer Panda team. If all required data is complete, a PDF warranty certificate will be generated and sent via email with a download link.

You will require a valid email address and the serial number of the generator to start the registration process.

In addition, the following information must be provided:

• Certificate details
  Date of Purchase/Installation
• Contact information
  Installer and owner details including email and address
• Installation position
  Location and alignment of the generator onboard or in-vehicle
• Cooling water system
  Configuration, flow rate, inlet and outlet layout
• Exhaust system
  Hose length, diameters
• Fuel system
  Fuel pump, battery, filters, hose length, diameters
• Installation checklist
  Confirmation of completed steps according to manufacturer guidelines
• Measurements
  Electrical output, voltage, frequency
• Initial operation log
  Initial operation, temperature cooling, voltage, current temperature

By submitting the installation protocol, you confirm that the installation was carried out professionally and in line with Fischer Panda’s technical standards. Further information can be found in your generator manual.
