Marketing-Club Paderborn e.V. visit to Fischer Panda on 26 February 2019

After the reception by our managing directors, Dr. Hans-Joachim Herbermann gave a presentation about "Strategic management in 6 steps". Together with Mr. Stephan Backes, also managing director at Fischer Panda, they explained how this process was implemented with practical examples.

After the presentation, the guests had a chance to take part in a tour of our generator production department where they learned about the advantages of the "One Piece Flow" process.

This was followed by a dinner in a relaxed atmosphere where many interesting conversations were held.
